Everyone's favorite friend, Jennifer Aniston, gave one of her real-life besties some major love at the 2024 Emmys. Before the big show started and Aniston was making her way down the red carpet, she took some time to shoutout Reese Witherspoon, who she works with on The Morning Show—the two are also nominated tonight in the Outstanding Lead Actress in A Drama Series category.

With so much time in the industry, Aniston noted that she couldn't ask for a better production partner and pal, saying that she and Witherspoon grew up together in front of the flashbulbs.

"We grew up together and we were kids together and now we're grown-ups together," Aniston told E!'s Laverne Cox during the network's red carpet pre-show. "Being able to produce the show with her... I couldn't ask for a better partner." Before she made her way inside the Peacock Theater, Aniston added that The Morning Show's cast and crew is a "wonderful group of people."

Speaking about one new co-star in particular, John Hamm, Aniston shared that when he arrived on set, he noticed the "amazing" environment and how the team treats "everybody really well."

"There's a no asshole policy," Aniston added. "Oh yeah, no no. No room for that."

Of course, fans will remember that Aniston and Witherspoon worked together on Friends. Witherspoon played Rachel Green's younger sister, Jill. Witherspoon opened up about her time on set in an interview with Harper's Bazaar.

"I was 23 years old and had just had a baby. I was nursing Ava on set, and Jen just kept going, ‘You have a baby?’ I was like, ‘I know, it’s weird,'" she said. "I was really nervous, and she was like, ‘Oh, my gosh—don’t worry about it!’ I marveled at her ability to perform in front of a live audience like that with no nerves. They would change all the lines and she was just so effortlessly affable, bubbly, and sunny."
