Jed and Katey dated for more than a year before they wed in April 2021. At the time, a rep for the family told PEOPLE that the ceremony was held "with family and close friends in attendance" and that their loved ones were happy for them.
In sharing the news of their nuptials on social media, Jed expressed excitement about being able to build a life with Katey.
"For a long time I have prayed for my future spouse, not knowing who that person would be," he wrote. "God answered my prayers far beyond what I could have ever imagined in Katey!
"We have enjoyed quietly developing our relationship over the past year and every moment together has been amazing!" he continued. "I'm so grateful God brought Katey into my life and excited to share with you all that today she became my wife!"
The former reality star added, "Katey, the thought of sharing the rest of my life with you makes me the happiest man in the world! I love you so much!! ❤️ #happilyeverafter."

Jed isn't the only member of the Duggar brood with family expansion being a part of 2025. In October, PEOPLE announced that his sister Jinger Duggar Vuolo was expecting her third child with husband Jeremy Vuolo.
"We're super excited," the People Pleaser author shared at the time, also noting her excitement over the fact that she is not pregnant during the summer months. "I'm actually all about it. Especially in the heat the past few days, I think I'm not super big pregnant and so I'm not having to worry about the extra heat. I'm like, 'Oh man, this is going to be such an awesome thing to go through pregnancy, not in the summer.'"
