Former Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Kelce was caught on camera smashing a man’s phone after a heckler used a slur to mock his brother for dating Taylor Swift.

Kelce appeared to be carrying a case of beer as he was followed across the Penn State campus—where he was making an appearance on ESPN’s College Gameday—by a jeering crowd.

While some people were just asking for a fist bump, one voice on the video, which was posted to X, can be heard using a homophobic slur to taunt Kelce.

“Kelce, how does it feel that your brother is a f----t for dating Taylor Swift?” the heckler said.

The remark appeared to enrage Kelce. He whipped around and snatched the phone out of the person directly behind him, and hurled it to the ground. Immediately afterward, he appeared to pick up the destroyed phone, and kept on walking.

From the video, it was unclear whether the person whose phone Kelce smashed was the same person who made the offensive remark.

Page Six reported that the campus police so far had not received an incident report related to the footage of Kelce.

A recently retired NFL center, Kelce has been supportive of the high-profile relationship between his brother, Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce, and the pop superstar.

“We just want to be supportive of him and their relationship and everything that they’ve got going on because it’s so wonderful right now,” Jason Kelce said in June. Putting his words into action, Kelce has been spotted at multiple Swift concerts.

In addition to their football stardom, the Kelce brothers are known for hosting the popular podcast New Heights, for which they recently signed a $100 million ad sales and distribution deal with Amazon.
