Yahoo Lifestyle Anna Kendrick Wears Strapless Chartreuse Dress for LACMA Art + Film Gala 2024 Red Carpet
Anna Kendrick went strapless at the LACMA Art + Film Gala on Saturday night in Los Angeles. The actress selected a yellow-green gown featuring a sweetheart neckline and copper velvet bow tied at the waist.
Jeweled dangle earrings and a cocktail ring topped off Kendrick’s colorful look. The “Pitch Perfect” star currently works with stylist Jordan Johnson Chung, who also counts Sandra Oh and Kathryn Hahn as clients.

Kendrick wore her brunette tresses in an updo, while her makeup consisted of brown eyeshadow, a burgundy lip and rosy blush.
Last month, the actress attended the 2024 Academy Museum Gala, where she once again selected a strapless gown. Monique Lhuillier provided her sequined blue frock, which also featured floral embroidery. Irene Neuwirth jewelry and metallic platforms completed her ensemble.
Kendrick made WWD’s best dressed list from the Gala alongside Nicole Kidman, Selena Gomez and Kerry Washington. The former sported a sleeveless boat neck Balenciaga gown with matching gloves and Messika jewels, while Gomez modeled a blue suede Alaïa gown with a peekaboo leather bralette.
Emerald, chartreuse and olive tones are poised for popularity this season following Pantone’s Color Trend Report. At New York Fashion Week in February, leafy hues like Fern, Aventurine and Golden Palm as three of the most popular colors favored by designers.
The LACMA Art+Film Gala, sponsored by Gucci, supports the museum’s curatorial programming, exhibitions, acquisitions and more programs that explore the intersection of art and film. This year’s event honors director Baz Luhrmann and sculptor Simone Leigh.
