Jamie Lee Curtis and Jimmy Fallon Sweat It Out as They Recreate Her Famous Aerobics Scene from 1985 Movie “Perfect”
Curtis originally starred with John Travolta in the romance-drama movie
Jamie Lee Curtis is working up a sweat!
The Last Showgirl actress, 66, recreated her famous aerobics scene from her 1985 film Perfect, which also stars John Travolta, on the latest episode of The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Only the pair's new version featured several saucy twists!
In a clip shared from the Jan. 8. show, Curtis could be seen donning a one-piece striped aerobics leotard — similar to the one she wears in Perfect — as she works out while making eye contact with Jimmy Fallon, 50, who took on Travolta's role.
The pair made hilariously exaggerated gestures and faces as they copied aerobic moves from the movie including gyrating their hips and moving side to side. However, unlike the original version, their recreated scene incorporated new technology as Fallon sends Curtis a video of himself working out on his iPhone.
The new scene also see the Halloween star ordering a pizza while she completes her fitness routine. Both she and Fallon subsequently enjoy slices washed down with glasses of champagne which Curtis even pours over herself!
Fallon also makes a saucy joke about the bulge in his workout shorts as he's seen pulling out a dove that flies away. Curtis can also be seen defibrillating a person on a surgery table.

The recreated scene was a lighthearted moment in an otherwise emotional episode. Earlier in the show, the actress got emotional while discussing the ongoing fires in Los Angeles, where she lives.
“I’m literally just about to cry,” the Freaky Friday star said as Fallon offered his condolences. She continued, “As you know, where I live is on fire right now. Literally the entire city of the Pacific Palisades is burning.”
Curtis shared the night before that her family, including daughters Ruby, 25, and Annie, 34 and her husband Christopher Guest were safe from the fires. However, on the show she confirmed that her local market, her friends’ homes and many schools were destroyed in the blaze. Said added that she planned to return to L.A. soon to “try to help my friends.”
“It’s just a catastrophe in Southern California," she continued. "Obviously there have been horrific fires in many places [but] this is literally where I live.”
