The seductive new pose influencers can't stop sharing
A bizarre new trend is sweeping social media, with influencers flocking to Instagram to post photos of them in a certain pose.
Love Island, Keeping Up With The Kardashians and Geordie Shore fans will probably already know what we’re talking about, as it seems to be the flavour of the month for stars from those shows.
The pose sees the influencer stand with their finger in or near their mouth, usually while posing seductively into the camera.
Many will no doubt wonder why such a trend is taking over social media during a pandemic, especially as government guidelines advise everyone against touching their face.
Kylie Jenner was seen doing the unusual pose on her Instagram this week in a series of snaps from outside her LA mansion.
Her sister, Khloe Kardashian, is also partial to the trend, posing in the same stance from her car in July.
Meanwhile Geordie Shore’s Chloe Ferry is a big fan of the pose, as is former Love Islander Molly-Mae Hague, who is often seen posting images to her page while doing the pose.

It’s not the first time a trend has swept social media. Back in February, influencers couldn’t stop pulling one strand of their hair to the side in a trend that was called the ‘strandid’.
While in May this year, stars like Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Alexa Chung were caught in a pose called ‘jazz legs’ which saw them standing at a particular angle to make them seem like they had the longest legs ever.
