It's here! Inside Sam Wood and Snezana's Byron Bay wedding

After months of eagerly waiting, Sam Wood and Snezana Markoski’s wedding day is finally here.

The lovebirds who first met on season three of The Bachelor Australia, have officially tied the knot during an idyllic ceremony in Byron Bay, Thursday afternoon.

The bridal party were spotted arriving in a beige kombi van at the Fig Tree Restaurant in the region’s iconic Hinterland.

And not long after the 38-year-old bride stepped out looking absolutely stunning in a long sleeve lace gown featuring a cut-out back and floor length veil from Paddington-based bridal boutique Pallas Couture.

Our guess is that Sam’s jaw fell to the floor when he laid eyes on her walking down the aisle.

Her bridesmaids – including 13-year-old daughter Eve – were dressed in silky beige dresses paired with nude heels and solfty curled hair.

While their one-year-old daughter Willow was spotted in the arms of a friend looking cute-as-ever dressed in a matching white lace gown to her mums.

The bride’s bouquet was also spotted, which appeared to be made-up of white roses and rich greenery.

Speaking of details of their wedding with Yahoo Lifestyle, the couple said they put a lot of thought into the guest list for the occcasion.

“It’s a very small wedding with just our closest and 70 or 80 friends and family. It’s not a crazy affair,” the 28 by Sam Wood founder admited.

“I think you need to go small and intimate or you go all out and it ends up being three or four hundred people.

“We just wanted something nice and small that’s still very tasteful and lovely.”

And it seems Sam – who proposed to Snezana back in December 2015 – was happy to leave all the wedding arrangements to Snez, saying she, “predominantly organised it all.”

“I put my input every now and then. Most of the time she goes I’ll take that on board and then doesn’t,” he said.

And by the looks of it, Snezana did an amazing job as the setup looks just perfect for the occasion.
