“So who knew I had eyes? The magnificent @drandrewgreensmith did,” she captioned the post while tagging her Melbourne surgeon.

“What a glow up for this 53-year-old. Not spon but deep admiration for a brilliantly gifted plastic surgeon and a hellava wonderful man.

A number of fans and fellow stars complimented the Aussie comedian’s transformation, saying she looks “stunning”.

“Beautiful, inside and out,” former Studio 10 co-host Jessica Rowe commented, while Dannii Minogue wrote, “We love seeing that smile”.

“You are and always have been an icon,” David Campbell shared.

“Looks incredible! I’ll be in your ear soon,” former I’m A Celebrity cast member Yvie Jones joked.

“Well done you and I admire you for posting this and not pretended it was from eating healthy and exercising!” someone else said.

“Looks great, thanks for being so honest,” another added.

After one fan remarked that she looks gorgeous in both photos, Julia agreed but said that she can now see better “which is the best”.

The 53-year-old has previously been very vocal about her love for cosmetic procedures, admitting on Kyle and Jackie O in 2016 that she’s had “a lot of Botox”.

That same year, she also told Mamamia that she had Botox right before her husband Dan was diagnosed with cancer.

After he complimented her for staying so composed when they both heard the news, she replied, “I can’t move my face!”.

“I looked amazing through it. I thought, ‘He may be suffering with the cancer, but I look amazing’,” she quipped.
