I'm A Celebrity fans love the show's shock twist: 'My favourite'
In an I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! first, viewers were introduced to a fake influencer, The David (real name David Subritzky), who has infiltrated the camp as part of a challenge for MasterChef's Poh Ling Yeow.
Hosts Julia Morris and Dr Chris Brown tasked Poh with the challenge of convincing the other campmates that The David is a real influencer in order to win food for the celebs.
Taking to Instagram, David captioned a snap of himself ready for the jungle, writing: "Fake it til you make it I say! I've scammed my way into the [I'm a Celeb] jungle!!!"
On the show, David is posing as a shoe designer and influencer with millions of followers.

Everything we know about I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here 2022
Last night, he told the celebs about how people like Miley Cyrus and Cardi B have worn his shoes with Poh pretending to be a fan in order to fool former AFL star Nathan Buckley and former NRL star Beau Ryan, along with former Miss Universe Australia Maria Thattil, TV and radio star Dylan Lewis, comedian Cal Wilson, AFL's Derek Kickett, country music star Brooke McClymont and Olympian Emily Seebohm.
The show was filmed in 2021 in northern NSW.
When he arrived on the show, David told the cameras: "I personally think I'm good at bulls***ting, but this is gonna be the ultimate test.
"I"m gonna have to lie about my manager that I've never had, events that I've never been to, it is going to be so hard, but I'm ready to take on this persona – I am The David, it's show time bitches."
Speaking to the cameras, Poh said she didn't realise The David was going to come so early in the game.
"I think he's doing really well, he looks very natural," she said.
Nathan Buckley admitted he knew nothing of David, but described him as having a "big presence".
Dylan Lewis added that he didn't know The David, but thought he'd be "pretty entertaining".
Viewers loved the twist with one user writing: "I'm loving 'The David'."
"Love him already," another wrote, while someone else added, "I think The David is my favourite so far... and he's not even a celebrity."
While he might be a 'fake' influencer, David does have some experience with reality TV through as his sister is former Big Brother Australia star Layla Subritzky, who appeared on the show in 2012 and placed second.
David lives on the Gold Coast and is of English and Maori decent. His second sister Holly Sophia Subritzky is also an influencer.
