IKEA fans go wild for simple side table hack
As far as hack go, they don't get much easier than this.
DIY enthusiast Judith Jelena Paus loves to share IKEA hacks, and given the retailer is hugely popular around the globe, she's built quite a following. So much so that her latest hack video was viewed 4.5 million views times in just one day.
Judith combines the $29 Glattis brass-coloured tray with a 30cm Brunsta pendant lamp shade to create an on-trend side table, and her fans are loving it. "So creative and beautiful!" commented one viewer. "I am definitely going to make this one," another added.
Judith's IKEA hacks are always popular, with her advent candle hack garnering one million views back in November. She used a plant pot and a plate to create the stand for her candles that are used as a countdown to Christmas in Northern Europe.

For the month leading up to Christmas, families light one candle each week until the final week when all four are alight.
"Absolutely fantastic idea," one TikTok user commented.
"So festive & creative!" another shared.
Not everyone is convinced by Judith's simple yet creative ideas. "I wish people understood what a hack really is... and isn't. This is not. It's just creative use of products," one person commented.
"Hack? Nice but it's not a hack," another added.
But Judith dismissed the criticism, writing, "A hack means using products for other things than they are made for. If you're using a plant pot as an advent wreath it isn't a hack?"
With the number of people tuning in to see her hacks, we're sure Judith doesn't care what a few naysayers think.
