Hoda Kotb's connection with Savannah Guthrie and Jenna Bush Hager goes way beyond the walls of studio 1A.

Kotb, who announced on Sept. 26 that she would be departing the Today show after 17 years, leads NBC's morning show with Guthrie, as well as co-hosts Today's fourth hour with Bush Hager. In addition to working together, though, the trio of women has taken their relationship off camera and have become dear friends. From joint family outings to sentimental birthday gifts, see some of the trio's sweetest moments together.

Tearful Announcement

When Kotb shared the news that she was going to step away from her role on the Today show until 2025, Bush Hager and Guthrie were right by her side with their hands on her lap as all three women wiped away tears. Guthrie cried off her false eyelashes, while Bush Hager wept as she recalled the first time she and Kotb connected.

On Top of the World

Sporting complementary purple and pink, Bush Hager and Kotb took a trip to the top of the Empire State Building back in April to celebrate the five year anniversary of their Today hour.

When it was time for Guthrie to launch her book, Mostly What God Does, it's no surprise that her gals were by her side to support.

Home Sweet Home

After so many years working together, Kotb has created a special bond with both of her co-hosts — and their families. In this sweet photo from the end of the summer, the mom of two shared that Guthrie and her husband Michael Feldman brought their kids Vale and Charley to visit Kotb and her daughters Hope and Haley at their new house in the suburbs.

For Kotb's 60th birthday this summer, Bush Hager presented a heartfelt gift to her friend and cohost on air, painted by none other than her dad, former President George W. Bush.

"I know how much your girls mean to you," Bush Hager said during the tearful moment. "I had my dad, who has started painting, paint your favorite photo of you holding your girls."

Back in 2022, Kotb and Bush Hager spent some time by the pool with their kids and producer Talia Parkinson-Jones.

In 2018, Guthrie and Kotb posed for this adorable snapshot on the red carpet for the Emmy Awards where they both opted for florals.

Kotb and Guthrie repped some New Orleans Saints gear as the team came to the end of their 2018 season. While Hoda appeared as happy as could be, Savannah was perhaps less so.

After welcoming her first baby, daughter Haley via adoption, "aunt Savannah" was on deck to help Kotb with her new mommy duties.

Back in 2019, Kotb documented that her daughter Haley and Hager Bush's newborn son Hal had met and were already spending some quality time together.
