For Hilary Swank, wisdom comes with age.
While speaking with Women's Health for an interview published on Tuesday, April 8, the Million Dollar Baby star shared what matters most to her for those in her inner circle.
"I just don’t have time for falsehood in any way," Swank, 50, said in the interview. "And a lot of people don’t like to be completely honest with people because they’re afraid of either hurting someone’s feelings or they’re afraid of confrontation."
"The relationships that are important to me are the ones that are willing to be honest and real," the actress added.

The two-time Oscar winner also said that at her age, she's reveling in her professional success — such as her most recent appearance on Yellowjackets in which she plays an adult Melissa.
"Most people might be like, ‘Aren’t you worried that you’re now 50 and there’s not a lot of jobs?’ I’m like, ‘No, I have more offers now than I’ve ever had,’ ” Swank said.
"It’s an incredibly exciting time," Swank continued, noting that over the past decade, there are several actors over 40 who have been nominated for an Academy Award.
