Hi-5 reunion show sends fans into meltdown

First it was The Wiggles that had us reliving our childhood when the original group recently reunited for two bushfire relief shows.

And now Hi-5 fans have gone into meltdown after Nathan Foley hinted an adults-only reunion concert might be on the cards with the band’s original lineup.

Nathan performed a solo rendition of Love by Hi-5 at The Wiggles reunion concert on Sunday and has now hinted the group could be ‘working on’ a reunion after he took to his instagram to ask fans whether that was something they wanted.

“Who wants the original Hi-5 to do a special 18+ reunion concert?” he asked, adding the post could be the petition.

Fans quickly jumped on to share their excitement with the post receiving almost 4,000 comments and 10.5k likes in just two days.

Nathan has also been sharing responses from fans to his Instagram stories with many pleading with him, as well as Charli Robinson, Kathleen de Leon Jones, Kellie Crawford and Tim Harding to do the show.

One fan went so far as to mock up a ‘reunion concert T-shirt’ design.

He then gave an update on Wednesday which hinted it may actually happen.

“My lil possible Hi-5 reunion post has gone CRAZY! It's now hit the media,” he wrote on his Stories.

“We are working on it guys!”
