The Napiers and El Moussas won't be the only HGTV power couples coming to your screens this year. The hit Atlanta-based series Married to Real Estate is officially back and better than ever for its fourth season.

The home renovation show first premiered back in 2022, starring Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson. The power couple attracted over 16 million viewers to their last season thanks to their real estate expertise and ability to find dream homes for clients. Fast forward to 2024 and the duo is ready to help more families find their forever homes—all while running a property business, managing their own home, and raising three daughters.

Mike recently took to Instagram to share the big news writing, "SEASON 4. We're ready, are you!? Mark your calendars, write it on a post-it, put it in your notes, and tell your peeps."

Naturally, HGTV fans quickly flooded the comment section of the star's post in excitement. "Can't wait. I was looking for this. I need this show ASAP in my life," wrote one person. "Yesssssss I’ve been rewatching old episodes!!!!" and "About time 👏🏽," wrote others.

The new season of Married to Real Estate will kick off in Sandy Springs, Georgia, where Mike and Egypt help a couple relocate from a tiny New York City apartment to a sprawling property down south. With Egypt being a real estate broker and designer and Mike being an expert builder, the HGTV stars will work their magic. Not to spoil the episode, but fans can look forward to fresh floorplans, a stunning open concept living space, a surprise hidden pantry in the kitchen, a built-in bar with antique glass backsplash, and a dining area that combines modern elegance with muted tones. Talk about a major upgrade!

Ever since the last season of Married to Real Estate ended, Egypt has been keeping busy. She also starred in HGTV's Property Virgins and Flipping Virgins to bring her extensive real estate and financial knowledge to even more homeowners.

Come Wednesday, March 12 at 8 p.m. ET/PT, you can catch Egypt and Mike back at what they do best when the fourth season of Married to Real Estate premieres on HGTV. Until then, you can catch up or rewatch the first three seasons on Max and discovery+.
