Chrishell and G Flip meet for the first time at (where else?) a Halloween party. G was performing a show with Tones and I at the party, to which Chrishell was invited as a client and friend of Tones and I. To make things even cuter, G and Chrishell accidentally wore matching costumes.
“I was a very DIY, thrift-store skeleton,” G later tells Vogue Australia during a January 2023 interview. “My costume would’ve cost me all but $15. And Chrishell looked like a million-dollar skeleton.”

After seven months of dating, Chrishell announces that she and her Selling Sunset costar, Jason Oppenheim, are no longer an item.
“Jason was and is my best friend, and other than our ideas for family ultimately not being aligned, the amount of respect and love we have for each other will not change going forward,” Chrishell writes in a since-deleted Instagram post.

“I recently have been spending a lot of time with someone that’s very important to me. Their name is G Flip," she tells host Tan France and her fellow castmates. "They’re non-binary so they go by they/them. And they are an extremely talented musician. And it started because, you know, I was just going to be in their video. It’s about this chaotic love story. And, you know, I come from soaps, I love acting, and with the job that we have, I don’t always get to do it. And so at first, of course, I was like, ‘Yes, let’s do that.’”
As for her ex Jason’s response? Here’s what he has to say: “They seem like a badass, for one, and two, the smile that’s been on your face the last couple minutes makes me very happy, so I’m proud of you.” 🥺

On an episode of the People Every Day podcast, the musician opens up about the possibility of starting a family.
“I definitely see children in my future," G Flip tells host Janine Rubenstein, per People. "Right now, me and Chrishell know where we are in the stages of our lives. And we’re very transparent about that...I love children. I was a music teacher for years before I became a session drummer and then a solo artist. So I was like, I’ve always loved kids, and yeah, definitely one day, that’ll be in the future."
They also add they are “absolutely in awe” of the realtor and feel their relationship “changes the world and it normalizes same-sex relationships. Two people who have the same sex organs can still have children.” We love this for them.

Chrishell opens up about her relationship in an interview with Vogue, saying she describes it as “unlocked.”
“It’s when they have the key to your heart, but the walls are down and there are no rules or regulations, just love and support,” Chrishell says. “Plus, it ties into real estate, which is actually quite cute!”
Chrishell also notes, “I think my favorite part is just being around G. It’s such a mood-lifting experience; if you ever had the pleasure of being in the same room with them, you would quickly see what I mean. Turns out, Chrishell and G Flip’s Vegas wedding was more symbolic than legally binding. About a week and a half after Chrishell announced that she and G Flip had tied the knot, TMZ reports that the pair do not appear to be legally wedded, which it says sources close to the situation have confirmed (both TMZ and Page Six checked for receipts and found no record of a marriage license for the couple in Clark County, Nevada, where Las Vegas is located).
This doesn’t change their commitment to each other or the ’ship though, so no need to spiral over this development. Sources close to the couple tell TMZ that even though the Vegas wedding was sans license, “Chrishell and G Flip plan to have an official wedding ceremony somewhere down the line.”

During the interview, Chrishell tells Extra’s Billy Bush that a scene between herself and G had been cut for time. “We were talking lovely things, our family update, all of those things,” Stause tells Billy, later adding, “I don’t have an update for you as of yet, but we’re working on it. We will have a family.”

Just days ahead of Chrishell's premiere on The Traitors, she and G are forced to evacuate their Hollywood Hills mansion amid the devastating L.A. wildfires...but fortunately, they're able to return to their home after a few days.
In a carousel post—alongside a clip from her Traitors debut—Chrishell shared an update with fans. We did evacuate last night, but thank god they put the fire out quickly," she says, noting that she, her dog, and her partner, G Flip, were back home safe for now. "I'm so thankful. We're still in a red zone, so that means I still have to leave at any moment's notice."
