But most importantly, her workouts are a lot of fun. And her following alone can vouch for that. Cassey's YouTube Channel, Blogilates, is the number one Female Fitness channel and has over 3 million subscribers.

Ahead of her trip to Australia, we caught up with the fitness star taking the world by storm for a few quick questions.

One person you'd love to workout with? Taylor Swift.
What’s your favourite exercise? POP Pilates!
Trail or treadmill? Trail! I love running outdoors. It’s so refreshing and relaxing.
Finish the sentence: I stay motivated by... knowing that every day I have the ability to be better, stronger, faster, and smarter. I want to constantly grow physically and mentally to be able to provide more and more for my POPsters.
Favourite food Poke Bowls with Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit
Top tip for buying workout gear? Make sure it makes you look good so that you feel fierce when you work out! Do not skimp on quality - you never want to squat in see-through yoga pants! These pants from POPFLEX Active are my favourite. Plus they have pockets.
Top health tip? Find a workout that you can fall in love with that doesn’t feel like a chore. That’s how you’ll really stick to a healthy and active lifestyle.
What’s the best thing about having a big social media following? I have friends all over the world.
Heels or trainers? Trainers.

And lastly, what does a fitness guru like Cassey eat in a normal day?

Breakfast: Banana Pancakes. I make these with one banana and two eggs mixed together and cooked like pancakes topped with fresh fruit like kiwifruit, which are one of the world’s most nutrient-rich fruits, containing 100 per cent% of your daily vitamin C requirement.

Lunch: A big salad full of fresh veggies, like spinach, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers and chicken. I also like to have a side of fresh fruit.

Dinner: One of my new fave dinner recipes is Homemade Pizza made with cauliflower crust. You can find my exact recipe here.
