Harry and Meghan's surprise coronation request: 'Sticking point'
The pair would like to be part of a "special family moment".
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle reportedly want to be part of the "special family moment" after King Charles' coronation on May 6, where members of the royal family gather on the balcony at Buckingham Palace.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are said to be keen to attend the coronation, which is the same day as their son Prince Archie's fourth birthday.
It comes following the release of Harry's bombshell memoir Spare earlier this year, and the couple's Netflix documentary Harry & Meghan.
While the pair have yet to confirm whether or not they will attend the coronation, it has been reported that they hope to.

Usually, only working members of the royal family make an appearance on the balcony at Buckingham Palace, however, Harry and Meghan have hopes they can join in, OK! reports.
A source told the publication that discussions have been ongoing about the Duke and Duchess' involvement in the coronation, including whether or not they and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, will appear on the balcony.
The publication reports that the balcony has become a "sticking point", adding: "Harry and Meghan are keen that they too should be a part of that special family moment."
The insider adds that the pair has requested to stay at Frogmore Cottage, their home before they moved to the US, and that they want their children to spend more time with family, including Princess Eugenie's son August, who is a similar age to Lilibet.
It has also been reported that they are hoping Archie's birthday will be marked in some way given it's the same day.

"The Sussexes have asked for some kind of celebration or acknowledgement to be factored into the day’s plans to ensure that his fourth birthday won’t get lost during the momentous day," they said.
Harry and Meghan did not appear on the balcony at Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee last year for Trooping the Colour.
It has previously been reported that Harry and Meghan will likely not be on the balcony for the coronation and that the Duchess may not even attend.
