The social media star, who went viral for her 'Hawk Tuah' catchphrase in June, drops a new twist on the classic dating app named after her mysterious boyfriend
Haliey Welch is sharing the love!
After dropping her successful podcast Talk Tuah in September, the 22-year-old online personality is keeping the media momentum going with a brand-new dating app.
Pookie Tools is an innovative twist on the classic dating app that the social media star describes as "your dating sidekick." It's designed to transform the way romantic hopefuls connect and build relationships.
"I’m giving ya’ll my new cheat codes for navigating dating with confidence – no swiping, just smart tools to help you connect better to find your own 'Pookie’ and hopefully love them forever!" Welch says in a statement.
The app's title, Pookie, is in reference to the nickname Welch has been using to refer to her mysterious boyfriend whose identity she's kept secret since going viral.
In her highly-anticipated podcast episode released on Nov. 12, she unveils the person behind the Pookie name.
Now, Welch strives to simplify the dating experience for others with the launch of the Pookie Tools app, which offers a suite of AI-driven features to easily navigate the dating world.
The app, which is available exclusively on iOS, has several key features. Among them include a conversation assistant with personalized suggestions to keep chats going, zodiac compatibility, outfit recommendations, date ideas and engaging openers to help break the ice.
Unique tools include a baldness predictor, which can gauge potential hair loss patterns and offers a light-hearted look into future appearances. Another includes a height detector, which gives users an estimate of their interest's measurement while protecting their privacy.
Pookie Tools can be downloaded via the App Store and its website, also offering exclusive access to its features through various subscription plans. A three-day free trial is included with the first purchase.
The launch of Pookie Tools and the long-awaited reveal of her mystery man comes two months after Welch spoke with PEOPLE in the wake of her viral success, where she opened up about her dating life.

During the interview, Welch gave a glimpse inside the DMs she received after her man-on-the-street video with creators Tim & Dee TV — and the quirky sex advice she offered — went viral online.
"My DMs are full of men, but that's just not my cup of tea," she told PEOPLE at the time, noting that Pookie was "still in the picture" and things were "getting serious" between them. She also shared that "Pookie" lives in "the next town over" from her hometown of Belfast, Tenn.
At the time, Welch shared that she and her boyfriend's relationship had been "on and off for two or three years." However, she confirmed in an episode of Talk Tauh on Oct. 16 that they are now an official item.
"Pookie's my officially my man," Welch said, noting that he asked her to be his girlfriend on their first date. She also shared that he was "playing hard to get," though made it clear that she does "love a good game."
