Gypsy-Rose Blanchard wasn't one of the millions of Kardashians viewers before her appearance on the show earlier this year.

Speaking on the latest episode of The Bachelor star Nick Viall's The Viall Files podcast on Wednesday, Oct. 16, Blanchard, 33, recalled having a one-on-one meeting with Kim Kardashian, 43, about hopefully getting involved with prison reform. The moment played out on the July 11 episode of the hit Hulu show.

"It was exciting. Kim was really nice. I actually have never watched The Kardashians. So going on the show, the producer got a big kick out of the fact that I had never watched the show before," Blanchard admitted.

When questioned whether she'd seen the show since, Blanchard laughed and said, "My episode."

Despite being "familiar" with the Kardashians, Blanchard admitted she didn't know much about the family, but she was aware that "Kim was very influential."

"I knew that she has the show, The Kardashians. She has SKIMS. And, I knew that she was very into prison reform," Blanchard — who is expecting her first baby with boyfriend Ken Urker — shared.

She joked about the famous family, which has amassed hundreds of millions of social media followers between them, "I said, 'She [Kim] has sisters. Right? Yeah. She has a couple of sisters.' That's about what I know about Kim."

When questioned whether she and Kim had kept in touch after the episode — which saw the pair discussing Blanchard's incarceration — she responded, "I've kept in touch with her producer."

"I have posted our selfies that we had taken, and Kim had liked them on my social media. I have DMed her a couple times on Instagram. So we've had, like, minimal contact. But, I know that that is always a line that is open," Blanchard said.

In the episode, Kim — who has long documented her journey to becoming a lawyer — acknowledged that Blanchard could "make a big difference" when it comes to prison reform because she can "really articulate what you went through and how you can get through it."

Blanchard gave Kim "massive kudos" for working with her, saying on the show, "I think a lot of people are afraid of touching me as a topic, because I'm too controversial."
