Gwyneth Paltrow On Her New Organic Beauty Line and Never 'Saying No' To Food

She might have built an empire based on clean living and promote the benefits of vagina steaming, sex dust and the reducing the negativity from your water and just released Goop's annual detox diet...

However Gwyneth Paltrow recently confessed to some serious un-Goop-like behaviour and we couldn't be more relieved.

"I think there’s a lot of misinformation about what I actually eat," she told Yahoo Beauty. "I really don’t have any rules. I really believe in delicious food and enjoying life and not saying no to anything. But at the same time, you know, I think it’s important to understand what good nutrition does and make sure you maintain a balance.'

The 43-year-old mother-of-two who once admitted she would "rather smoke crack than eat cheese from a tin" as well as declaring she would "rather die than let [her] kid eat Cup-a-Soup", still a long-standing loathing of processed foods, however she thankfully admits that sometimes she caves.

"For me the big things are really processed food and foods that have tons of chemicals and pesticides," she added. "I try to stay away from that, but I love French fries and cheese and martinis and all that kind of thing." Us too Gwynnie, us too.

"We are a pretty balanced house. I mean, kids eat sugar, that’s how it goes. So we have organic snacks and we have Oreos too…"

The Goop-er has also announced her new organic makeup and skin-care collection with Juice Beauty.

"It just turned out to be a really great synergy," Gwyn told Yahoo Beauty. "Karen [Behnke], who’s the founder of Juice, is an incredibly authentic, hard-working mother and entrepreneur and we both had strong feelings about having incredibly high-performing, beautiful makeup that was also nontoxic. Because most of it is very toxic, which I didn’t think about until I had children of my own and started to read labels and do some research. I’ve been very proud of what we’ve been able to create."
