Our makeup routine has evolved over the years.
Some things stay with us, others we'd rather leave behind.
We live and learn.
We've left our iridescent lip gloss and bronzer behind (thank God) and are moving on to clean beauty and tips to enhance our natural look and boost our confidence.
That is beauty.
The latest hack going viral on TikTok is a contouring trick to bring out the structure of your beautiful face.
While some of us may not have cheekbones you can hang your washing off, like Zoe Kravitz or Kate Moss, there is a simple way to achieve the sculpted look without intervention or major effort.

Serving sculpture and structure
To achieve your sculpted look, you will need a cream contour stick in a darker shade to your face, concealer or powder and a blending sponge.
And, like all good things, some patience and practice.
Makeup extraordaire Nikkie, from Nikkie Tutorials, gave it a whirl on her channel and loved the results, even revealing this hack was "a new technique for me."
The hack itself is relatively simple.
Grab your cream contour stick and apply a stripe under and just above your jaw.
Then with your makeup sponge, blend the contour product until it sets gently into the skin.
Nikkie uses powder to highlight the area above the line on the jaw and underneath the bottom line and brushes the product out to reveal - a noticeable sculpted jawline.
"Agh! The jaw is looking great!" she says.
'Miracle' hack hits the spot
