Some people said the dumbbells are big, no matter how much weight you have on them, so it takes a little time to adjust them. Others said they wish the kettlebell offered a bigger weight range.
One four-star dumbbell reviewer said: "Because they're adjustable, they're really wide, so doing certain exercises, they don't allow you to put your hands very close together and it makes a weird angle. You also obviously can't really grip the ends because it will mess with the adjustable dial at the end, so you just have to make sure your workout only includes movements that require holding onto the actual grip."
"The only drawback is their length, although I quickly adjusted to that and can safely do skull crushers with them," added another reviewer.
"Adjusting the weight is simple and seamless. It's perfect for quick, effective workouts throughout the week," wrote a kettlebell user. "I do wish the product had a higher max-out weight of 50 pounds at least, but 40 will suffice."
