Will & Steve’s Salted Peanut & White Choc Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Almond Meal

1 Cup Crunchy peanut butter

1 Cup dark brown sugar

1 egg, beaten

1 Cup White chocolate drops

1 tsp baking powder

Pinch of sea salt

Method

Pre heat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius.
Grease a baking tray with unsalted butter.
Mix Almond Meal, peanut butter, sugar, egg, white chocolate, salt and baking powder in a bowl until combined.
Add a table spoonful of the mixture to the baking tray, smooth down into a circle making sure to leave at least an inch between cookies.
Bake for 12minutes or until golden brown.
Place on a cooking rack until the cookies have set.
