Flight attendant’s sassy response to passenger who demanded a window seat
A quick-thinking flight attendant dealt with a passenger who demanded a window view midway through a flight by drawing him one and taping it to the wall.
The passenger had reportedly booked a window seat on an internal flight in Japan but found himself sitting next to a blank wall.
So, when a flight attendant came around asking if passengers wanted anything from the trolley, he demanded: “Give me a window.”
The woman quickly grabbed a piece of paper and a pen – and drew the man a window view which she then stuck to the cabin wall by his seat.
Photographs of the funny moment, taken by another passenger with a smartphone, show the drawing of two clouds in the sky above the sea.
Twitter user ‘kooo_TmS_suke’ later shared the pictures on social media and said: “When cabin attendants came around asking us if we wanted something to drink, the man beside me blurted out: “Give me a window”.
“The flight attendant quickly returned with a piece of paper and promptly taped it to the wall.”
It is not reported whether the passenger appreciated the joke – or the view portrayed in the hastily drawn sketch – but it made a big impact online.
Comments included: “That’s really clever”, “Great thinking by the attendant”, and “What a compassionate world we live in.”
Other netizens added: “From the way he’s sleeping, I’d say that dude was satisfied”, and “How lucky he must be to be gifted with a such unique scenery.”
