You may remember the story of Jeremy Meeks, the hot prisoner who stole the internet’s heart with his good looks.

Nicknamed ‘Dreamy McMug’, Meeks was thrown in jail after being arrested for gun possession in 2014.

After his mugshot was posted to the Stockton Police Department’s Facebook page, it garnered over 100,000 likes and quickly went viral, attracting the attention of modelling agencies across the country.

While Meeks told press he hadn’t done anything gang-related, police had to continually remind the swooning public that he had served two years for grand theft and is a documented gang member.

Regardless, the modelling agencies don’t care – they’re just ready for him to leave jail so they can get first dibs on his cheekbones.

And now it looks like their dreams are about to become true – on March 3, Meeks posted a photo to Instagram with the caption, “Looking forward to reuniting with my family. Counting down the days. #6days #spreadtheword.”

The J Meeks Official Instagram account also shared a photo of a shirtless Meeks riding a jet ski with the caption “Looking forward to my time on the lake with my kids.”

Meeks agent (yep, he has one), Jim Jordon, told Buzzfeed News he was currently discussing his client’s many options.

“We’re putting everything in place,” Jordan said. “We’re in talks with a lot of different agencies. There’s movies on the table. We have a lot of different things happening.”
