John Legend And Chrissy Teigen Share The First Real Photo Of Baby Luna

Doting dad John Legend has shared a picture of his newborn daughter Luna.

Just one day after his wife Chrissy Teigen took to Instagram to post an image of the tot - who was born last week - John added an image of his own.

The couple announced the birth over the weekend, with Chrissy writing on Instagram: "She's here! Luna Simone Stephens, we are so in love with you! And sleepy. Very sleepy."

And John tweeted: "Our new love is here! Luna Simone Stephens, born on Thursday, the 14th. We couldn't be happier!"

The tot weighed 6lbs 11oz, according to Chrissy's Instagram post.

Meanwhile, Chrissy took to Twitter to joke about the effects of childbirth, quipping: "no one told me i would be coming home in diapers too (sic)."

And fans can expect to see many more pictures of Luna as the model previously insisted that they won't be hiding her away.

She said: "I am conscious of what people want to see and what they don't want to see, or what they see through completely.

"We're not going to go out of our way to hide because obviously it's such a big part of our lives to show everything: the inside of our homes, my parents living with us, our animals, everything. I'm not going to do sneaky back shots of her or anything."
