Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Strips Down for Mario Testino

If you’re one of Mario Testino’s 1.1 million followers instagram, you already know about the famed fashion photographer’s #TowelSeries.

If not, you’re missing out on a lot of hot people wearing towels - and nothing else.

Not surprisingly, Kate Moss inspired the photo’s project, documenting what he calls “a private club.”

He noticed the supermodel sitting in a white robe with a towel wrapped around her head on the set of a shoot and since then, he’s been handpicking fashion folks to swath themselves in white terrycloth.

“I think girls and guys feel this freedom at being able to express themselves because there is no predetermined way of how they should put the towel on,” Testino posted on his website. “You can do anything you want…wear it however you want.”

Gigi Hadid and Cody Simpson (the first couple to be shot together in one frame for the series), Kendall Jenner, Naomi Campell, Cristiano Ronaldo, Fei Fei Sun, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus (who, in true MyCy form, chose to flash her right breast, but masked the nipple with a black star), and Vogue’s September cover girls (the “Insta-girls”) are just a handful of the biggest names to have sat for the series.

And Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is the latest celebrity to bare all.

Testino’s twisted turban might be the closest thing fashion has to a crown.
