Chrissy Teigen Slams Donald Trump For 'Trashy' Retweet On Her Birthday

She's known for not holding her tongue when someone speaks out about her or her family, so of course Chrissy Teigen fired back at US Presidential candidate Donald Trump when he targeted her on Twitter on her birthday.

The 30-year-old model and TV presenter, who celebrated her birthday on Monday, initiated the conversation when she wrote a one-line quip under Trump's Twitter status, which he obviously did not like.

"Meeting with African American Pastors at Trump Tower was amazing. Wonderful news conference followed. Now off to Georgia for big speech!" the 69-year-old billionaire posted to his five million followers.

"So don't tweet about it you t**t," Teigen fired back, clearly frustrated with Trump's campaign.

That's where things took a personal turn, with Trump retweeting a fan's tweet in which Teigan is called a 'trashy gutter mouth woman".

The pregnant model immediately shot back with a witty response to comparisons between her and Trump's wife Melania, writing; "OK trumpers let's get one thing straight, we both married well and pose half-naked, I'm not alone in this."

"lol poor melania doesn't need to be dragged into this. She goes through enough already," she continued.

Teigen then took a screenshot of the exchange with Trump and posted it online, alongside the caption: "The greatest birthday gift ever."

The star finished off the fiery encounter pledging she is giving up tagging people in her content and judging by this response, we can see why.
