Farmer Wants A Wife's Karlana Alexander denies exit rumours
Farmer Wants A Wife star Karlana Alexander sensationally quit the show on Sunday night after farmer Harry Robertson confronted her about a rumour he'd heard about her and a crew member.
Speaking with Confidential, Karlana opened up about the rumours that she wanted to hook up with someone working on the show.
Karlana told the publication that there is no truth to the claims she secretly fell for a crew member while shooting, however, she did find love with another farmer who never made it on to the show, Jack Beaton.
She and Jack eventually went their separate ways, after deciding they were just friends.
Karlana revealed that what she thought was a "harmless chat" with Madison MacKenzie and Ashleigh Kidner was twisted into a bizarre rumour.

"We were just talking about the crew and having girl chat and I happened to say that one of the crew was really nice to me and was there for me when I was a bit upset - that was all. There was nothing more to it, I didn’t even know the crew member’s name!"
She added: "I had no intentions of pursuing the crew member whatsoever, it was just a harmless chat. I think it came from a place of insecurity, I feel like a secure person wouldn’t blow a harmless chat out of proportion and twist my words. I was going to leave anyway, so no hard feelings."
The story ended up getting to farmer Harry Robertson, who confronted Karlana, saying: "I've heard some things from the other girls. They have told me that you were keen to get back to Sydney to catch up with a crew member and I just wanted to know if it's true or not."
Karlana was clearly thrown off by it, saying: "I'm keen to get back home to be honest... Well maybe I've mentioned there was a crew member that I got along with but I get along with multiple crew members."
Harry asked: "If you're not in this situation to get to know me and that side of it… Did you come here to find a crew member or to find a farmer?"
Karlana broke down in tears, shocked that he would question her intentions for being on the show, saying: "Are you seriously asking me that?"
"I don't want to be here anymore," she told him.
She then made the decision to leave the show. Before she left, Harry said: "I didn't want to upset anyone and I'm trying my best to make sure no one is upset. I care about you. You surprised me everyday."
Ashleigh then broke down saying she felt it was all her fault, because she told Harry what Karlana said.
