Kim Kardashian has fans concerned with her latest bikini thirst trap.

The 43-year-old reality star took to Instagram on Wednesday, April 17, to share a series of new tropical pics from her latest island getaway—but one of the oceanside shots had followers raising their eyebrows.

Kim appeared to be diving head-first into the ocean in one of the pics, even though the crystal-clear water looked to be alarmingly shallow, with the waterline only reaching to about her knees.

The worrisome shot had everyone in the comments asking the same question: "Why is she diving in knee deep water?"

"Did you hit ur head when you dove in?" one commenter asked, while someone else echoed, "kim are you okay after face planting?"

"you can’t dive in that shallow ahh water😭😭😭," another concerned fan added.

Others figured the SKIMS founder's dive was "just a pose" and instead focused their comments on how flawless the TV personality looked in her swimsuit.

"Such a beauty 😍🔥," one person applauded, while even Khloé Kardashian chimed in to say, "I can't handle the hotness."

But many of Kim's followers instead took the opportunity to playfully troll her for the beachy pic, referencing the moment she lost her diamond earring in Bora Bora while vacationing with her family.

"what if u lose ur earring again," one fan quipped, while another warned her, "Don't lose your earrings."

The incident has now become one of the most famous scenes from Keeping Up With the Kardashians episode, capturing the moment the SKIMS founder began crying over losing her earring, which was worth $75K.

Kourtney Kardashian made the situation even more iconic by reminding her younger sis at the time, "Kim, there's people that are dying." Fortunately, Kylie Jenner later recovered the earring at the bottom of the ocean, but the situation has still gone down in KUWTK history.
