Fans Say Morris Chestnut’s Wife Pam 'Let the Intrusive Thoughts Win' When She Grabbed Taylor Swift's Behind in New Grammys Video
Taylor Swift has more than proven she knows how to have a good time, already spotted double-fisting drinks in one behind-the-scenes video, and in another clip taken from the audience during the 2025 Grammys broadcast, the singer was spotted dancing without a care in the world.
While dancing during Sabrina Carpenter's "Espresso" performance, Swift got a little too lost in the music, grooving on her feet in the small space between her chair and the next as most of her neighbors remained seated. While scooting backward with each move, she nearly knocked into the woman seated behind her—Morris Chestnut’s wife, Pamela.
To stop the collision, Chestnut, who was jamming along in her own seat and waving her hands to the beat, reached out and grasped Swift on either side of her hips, causing the singer to freeze and check behind her. When she saw who had playfully smacked her, she grabbed Chestnut's shoulder, laughing as she stepped to the side before returning to her point of origin.

Fans joked that Chestnut, who many didn't immediately recognize in the blurry video, "let her intrusive thoughts win" when she grabbed the superstar, while others appreciated that it appeared to be "a less intrusive approach" than simply "slapping her on the butt."
"It was almost like she was catching her, like a hug," one explained, expressing worry for Swift's reaction in light of the knowledge that she's previously been "grabbed without consent."
"You can just tell that she was having the time of her life that night," another person pointed out, even though she walked home without any trophies of her own this year.
The women were also seen dancing to Kendrick Lamar's performance of "Not Like Us," which won Record of the Year.
