Fans Say Gabrielle Union Has ‘Always Been That Girl’ as She Stuns in Cutout Gown

From the big screen to the big city, fans say Gabrielle Union has “always been that girl” after she stole the show in a sea foam green Versace gown.

The actress shared photos of herself and her husband, NBA star Dwyane Wade, as they stepped out on the town this week ahead of the Albie Awards in New York City, prompting fans to comment on their black tie elegance.

Union wore the chic floor-length gown paired with platform silver heels, a glittery bracelet adorning her wrist, and a Tiffany and Co. necklace draped around her neck. The light green dress featured peekaboo cutouts along her right torso along with a larger one on her back.

The beaded dress with a slit at the thigh cinched at the left shoulder, but the dress shade was the star of the night, with fans commenting “That color on you. Stunning,” and “That dress😍😍😍😍😍🔥.”

The gushing continued, with one fan writing, “Bows down to the beauty 🤩🤩🤩,” and another stating, “Don’t play with her !! Gabby always been that girl ❤️‼️💕.”

Wade also dressed to impress, donning a navy blue jacquard jacket, black button-down shirt, and black trousers, making one fan comment “Mom and dad outside!!!!!🔥.”

The couple were in town for the Albie Awards hosted by George and Amal Clooney on Sept. 26. The gala, which was hosted at the New York Public Library, was created “to shine a protective spotlight on courageous justice defenders who are at risk,” according to the Clooney Foundation for Justice.
