Fans Say Christina Hendricks 'Couldn't Be Any Cooler' After Seeing Her Throwback Photos

Christina Hendricks recently shared some years-old photos that were new to fans via social media, and the captures made them love her even more.

The Good Girls actress took to Instagram on Monday, May 13, with a sweet Mother's Day tribute to her mom, Jackie Sue Raymond, alongside a host of pictures reminiscing on some of their good times together.

"My mom has always loved a holiday. She passed that on to my me and my brother. Any reason to celebrate!!!" Hendricks shared in the post's caption, later adding, "Happy Mother’s Day, Mom. Let’s celebrate."

Though tons of sweet, celebratory comments rolled in, it wasn't the loving sentiment that fans seemed to focus on, but instead, the throwback pictures of the Mad Men actress.

"Today I learned Christina Hendricks had a goth period, as if she couldn't be any cooler," one wrote in reaction to an image of the Detachment star dressed up in an all black outfit for what looked to be Halloween.

"It's so cool knowing you have goth cred, Chris," another agreed.

"There's so much of her in you, the same beautiful soul, the same heart and the same smile that lights up everything! Happy Mother's Day to your mom! 🌹❤️," a third warm-hearted comment read.

Hendricks has previously spoken about their tight knit relationship, and she and her mom remain very close through Raymond's current battle with Alzheimer's Disease.

The Buccaneers actress recently tied the knot with husband George Bianchini, and even had a second backyard wedding at home so that her lifelong No. 1 fan could attend.

“My mother has always been my best friend and there was no way we weren’t going to celebrate with the biggest supporter in my life," Hendricks said at the time.
