Like the significant sales event in July 2022, the fall Prime Day will feature major markdowns on Amazon devices, tech gadgets, TVs, fashion items, beauty products, kitchen essentials and more.

When is the Amazon Prime Early Access Sale?
Mark your calendar now. The Amazon Prime Early Access Sale will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2022, and Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2022. The deals usually start going live on amazon.com at 6 a.m. EST, so early birds will definitely want to check the site as soon as they wake up. If you usually sleep late, plan to set an alarm on Oct. 11, so you can see and shop the deals as soon as they're available.
Who can shop the Amazon Prime Early Access Sale?
Many Prime Day deals will be available to all shoppers, whether you're an Amazon Prime subscriber or not. That said, Prime members will likely have access to special deals and promotions, as has been the case at previous Prime Day sale events. Expect special Prime member discounts on Amazon devices like the Echo Dot and Fire tablets, vacuums, smartwatches, Amazon brand fashion items and more.
The Prime Day Early Access Sale will take place in 15 different countries this October including the United States, Austria, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and the UK.
What are the Amazon Prime Early Access Sale deals?
Amazon hasn't officially released any of the Amazon Prime Early Access Sale deals yet, but based on Prime Day sales of years past, you can all but guarantee significant markdowns across tons of different categories including tech, home, fashion and beauty.
According to an Amazon press release, the Amazon Prime Early Access Sale will give shoppers the opportunity to "kick off the holiday shopping season early with hundreds of thousands of deals, including on must-have brands like Peloton and New Balance, and Amazon’s lowest prices of the year on select products."
Some brands you can expect to see discounted during the Amazon Prime Early Access Sale are iRobot, Ninja, Shark, adidas, Champion, Mario Badescu and tons more. Select vacuums, kitchen gadgets, Apple products, clothing, skin care and hair care products and even books are likely to be on sale, too. Of course, Amazon gadgets like the Echo Dot, Fire tablets and Fire TVs and TV Sticks are also likely to be significantly discounted during the Amazon Prime Early Access Sale.
If you want to be the first to find out about markdowns on items you're eyeing, you should definitely use the Amazon app to create deal alerts. According to the folks over at Amazon, "Prime members can subscribe to receive deal alert notifications related to their recent Amazon searches and recently viewed items. All they have to do is visit the Prime Early Access Sale event page on the Amazon app between now and the event to create deal alerts. Once the Prime Early Access Sale begins, members will receive push notifications on any available deals." Pretty awesome, right?
