Yahoo Lifestyle Emma Roberts Makes Sharp Points in Angular Bustier With Bold Bejeweled Chanel Earrings, Curates Luxury Pieces for Fashionphile

Emma Roberts opted for an updated take on two staple wardrobe pieces for the Emma Roberts x Fashionphile event in Los Angeles on Thursday. The “American Horror Story” actress became a brand ambassador for the luxury resale platform, introducing her capsule collection of accessories last May.

For the event, Roberts added pieces by Chanel to her angular black matching set by Scanlan Theodore. The strapless look featured wide-leg pants with a high waistline and a fitted bodice. The strapless top featured an angular element, with a sharp neckline.
Roberts completed the look with coordinated black strappy sandal heels. She further accessorized her ensemble with pieces by Chanel, carrying the Caviar Quilted Extra Mini Coco Handle Flap bag in black and wearing the Metal Pearl Gripoix CC Asymmetrical Chain Drop Clip On Earrings in gold.
Upon her appointment to Fashionphile as the new brand ambassador, Roberts reflected on her love of vintage pieces and timeless style. “It makes it more fun to get dressed when not everything is new and fresh off the runway, but instead holds a story or is something that maybe nobody saw from five years ago that you found,” Roberts said.
“As we know in fashion, everything old becomes new again, so I just feel like seasons don’t really matter as much as they used to with everyday fashion. I just love that so many more people are leaning into that,” the actress said.
Roberts’ curated capsule collection of accessories with Fashionphile features a variation of pieces from handbags to watches, scarves and more. Designers featured in the collection include Hermès, Goyard, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Cartier and Dior, among others.
Founded in 1999, Fashionphile features vintage luxury designer accessories available for resale. Along with its website, the brand also has in-store shopping options in San Diego, New York City and Los Angeles.
Among her other collaborations and brand partnerships, Roberts became the first global brand ambassador for Italian beauty brand Kiko Milano last May.
