It's not the first time Emily has posed nude to show her baby bump, the model took to Instagram last week to share a bathroom selfie of herself.

"Sometimes I feel like Winnie the Pooh in human form, other times like a fertility goddess with a juicy butt," she joked. "I took this on a day where I was feeling the latter. Either way I know I’m going to miss this bump and those kicks very soon."

Singer Halsey commented on the snap: "[I don't know] this made me cry this morning. RADIANT!"

Chrissy Teigen added: "So, so beautiful. My heart."

Poppy Delevingne wrote: "Wow MAMA," while Helena Christensen joked, "Even feeling like Winnie the Pooh would be super cool."

Emily is expecting her first baby with husband Sebastian Bear-McClard, 31, and has said she feels "really lucky" to be creating a family.

"I've never really understood what it would be like to make a family and growing a family is an amazing eye opening experience and I feel really lucky," she said at a shoot for Kérastase Genesis shared to her Instagram.

"I don't know what motherhood is going to be like of course because this is my first time and everyone as such different experiences and perspectives.

"So, the best thing to do is just trust in the process and take each day at a time and then see where this ride takes me."

In an essay written for Vogue, Emily shared that she and her husband won't know their child's gender until they tell them.

"When my husband and I tell friends that I'm pregnant, their first question after 'Congratulations' is almost always 'Do you know what you want?'" she said.

"We like to respond that we won't know the gender until our child is 18 and that they'll let us know then."

She added that "everyone laughs at this" but continued, saying there was truth to their statement. "One that hints at possibilities that are much more complex than whatever genitalia our child might be born with: the truth that we ultimately have no idea who—rather than what—is growing inside my belly. Who will this person be?"
