Emily Ratajkowski Reveals Results of the 'Worst' Haircut She's Ever Had: See Her 'Shocking' Look

Models have bad hair days too.

Emily Ratajkowski is known for her her effortless tousled brunette waves, however she was left with what she described as "the worst haircut of my life" after a recent trip to the salon.

In a video shared to TikTok on March 25, the model and mom of one, 33, posted a TikTok video showing off her new hairdo. "You thought I was going to be fun? I have bangs on the back of my head," she said while revealing a choppy set of bangs that she concealed at the beginning of the clip.

"Is it giving member of The Dare or is it giving [singer] Karen O? The very nice man who did this to me, I think he was going [for a] British shag, but the main thing is it's not me," Ratajkowski explained of the fringe snafu, even though she added, that the stylist referenced one of her past hairstyles.

She attempted to make good of the "shocking" haircut by parting the front pieces to the side.

It appears that Ratajkowski wasn't alone in her judgment. Julia Fox said she was "so mad" on behalf of her friend while Tinx asked, "why do [the bangs] start so far back?"

When it comes to bangs, Ratajkowski has only rocked the polarizing look various times, such as when she stepped out for the 2022 Cannes Film Festival with Jane Birkin-style curtain bangs to go with her sheer beaded Miu Miu gown or when she decided to go side-swept later that year.

Although she hasn't routinely changed her actual hair in recent years, she has achieved experimental hairstyles with her signature locks. Last May, she attended the Met Gala with a two-sided bun updo with face-framing pieces. At the 2025 Vanity Fair Oscar Party in March, she went in the opposite direction with a very voluminous look with a dramatic side part that added to the sexiness of her nearly see-through dress.
