Emily Ratajkowski embraces Gucci glamour at the Venice Film Festival
Emily Ratajkowski stole the show when she arrived at the 81st Venice International Film Festival this weekend.
Dressed in a vintage green gown, the model stepped out on Saturday at the premiere of the Italian drama Campo di Battaglia (Battlefield). She turned heads on the red carpet with a dress from Gucci’s 2004 autumn/winter collection, taking care to spotlight all the details of the Tom Ford design.
The most notable feature of the tiered dress was the vibrant green shade, comprised of sheer fabric layered between glossy satin. It featured a deep-V neckline, a cut-away back and fringed accents all the way down the skirt, which moved beautifully as she walked the carpet.
Ratajkowski complemented her archival ensemble with jewellery from Pasquale Bruni, including delicate stacks of silver rings and a pair of statement-making diamond earrings. She opted to go without a necklace to let the deep neckline of the dress speak for itself.
When it came to her make-up, the model leaned into the glamorous feel of the film festival with smoky brown eyeshadow, a light dusting of pink blush, and a mauve lip. She wore her brunette locks in a tousled style with a dramatic side part, and extended the natural look to her nails, which featured a chic nude manicure – the understated glam allowing her vintage gown to shine.
Ratajkowski joins a roster of A-list talent in attendance at this year's festival, including George and Amal Clooney, Angelina Jolie and Jenna Ortega. Catch up on all the latest fashion from the red carpet, here.
