Theo Fennell’s design of the necklace features a detachable 18-karat yellow and white gold Star of David pendant, featuring an enhanced element with a circular-cut diamond trim. The pendant is suspended from an 18-karat gold rope twist necklace.

The pendant features Fennell’s, with English hallmarks. The chain of the necklace includes a clover-shaped hallmark stamped 18 karat.

The Star of David pendant necklace also represents a significant chapter in Taylor’s public life. In 1959, Taylor converted to Judaism for her marriage to singer Eddie Fisher. Taylor married Fisher, who was previously married to actress Debbie Reynolds, following the death of her husband Mike Todd in 1958.
