Yahoo Lifestyle ‘DWTS' Lindsay Arnold Shows Off 'Before and After' of Recent Surgery
Lindsay Arnold is opening up about her recent breast augmentation and lift.
The 31-year-old Dancing With the Stars alum posted a TikTok on Thursday, Jan. 30, displaying her profile before the surgery and after, documenting the subtle but significant difference—which she said she was "super happy with" in a GRWM video just three days after the procedure on Jan. 18.
In the comments, fans raved about her enhanced physique, saying she looked "so natural" and noting that the implants "fit" her frame "perfectly."
As Arnold relayed in her post-surgery GRWM, she wanted “very natural, very like supple, not super firm” implants, and explained how the "profile” of implants determines “how much projection they have."
“So when you're looking from the side, high profile is going to project a little bit further because the implants [are] a little more narrow and more projected out, whereas moderate plus is a little wider, not as projected,” she said. “I did moderate plus.”

In addition to implants, Arnold also got a breast lift.
"When they remove skin, they move your nipple up higher to eliminate any overhang,” she explained.
“I definitely needed a lift,” the mother of two said, adding that her surgeon also gave her a Galaflex mesh bra, which “is an internal mesh bra” that gives "support on the bottom, which I love so much.”
Arnold also shared some of the challenges associated with the surgery, including the difficulties of caring for her daughters (Sage, 4, and June, 2), as she was prohibited from picking them up during her immediate recovery.
"Only took me 10 minutes to convince June to climb out of her car seat when we got home hahaha but we did it 🙌🏼,” she wrote in the caption of another TikTok. “Can't wait to be able to lift my babies again!”
