The teaser is peppered with Meghan-esque quips: "We're not in the pursuit of perfection, we're in the pursuit of joy," she proclaims. "I'm going to share some little tips and tricks," she says in another snippet.
The trailer, which features a cameo from husband Prince Harry, comes after Duchess Meghan returned to Instagram on Monday with the simple handle @meghan, launched on New Year's Day with a celebratory walk on the beach.
In her first reel, filmed near the family's Santa Barbara area home at a beach in California, Prince Harry's wife was casually clad in a white button-front shirt and rolled-up slacks, her hair loose and her back to the camera. She wrote "2025" in the sand and turned to flash a smile, giggling as the video ended.
