Meanwhile, the Health and Ancestry Service, down from £149 to £74 focusses on how your genetics can influence your chances of developing certain health conditions plus how your DNA plays a role in your lifestyle choices.

And that’s not the only deal to be had.
My Heritage’s DNA kit is currently the lowest price it has been all year, down from £79 to only £39.

How does the test work, you ask? A simple cheek swab is all that’s needed (that’s right, no blood needed). You then just need to return the envelope via post to the DNA lab and will receive your results online in four weeks.
