Detail in Chris Hemsworth's mansion photo baffles fans: 'Offensive'

A standard Aussie practice has left some fans calling out Chris Hemsworth in his own home.

Chris Hemsworth has sent his fans into a tailspin after uploading a series of pics of new furniture his mate designed and created — but the only work of art people were paying attention to were Chris' feet.

As Chris showed off the pieces in his Byron Bay mansion, the last photo saw Chris standing casually against the wall, one foot lifted slightly off the floor showcasing his dirty foot.

"Here are a few pieces of furniture my mate designed that I’d like to share, handmade and all constructed from recycled raw materials, your [sic] a wizard @leebrennandesign," Chris captioned the post.

Fans were quick to divert attention from the furniture to instead point out Chris' dirty feet, taking to Instagram to chastise the star for walking around the house barefoot.

"For goodness sake, look at your feet!!!" someone commented, as another person said, "Yo last pic is a real struggle."

"So no one's talking about the feet in the last pictures?" one person queried.

"It's not the bare feet that are offensive," one person stated. "It's the filthy bare feet that are offensive."

"You can tell he is an Aussie look at his feet, lol," another said.

'In Australia no one wears shoes'

"Why should someone? He is barefoot all the Time! and has dirty healthy feet," one person said in defence of Chris.
