Delta Goodrem's giving up on LA
Aussie songstress Delta Goodrem looks to be giving up on her Los Angeles dream and making the move back down under for good.
Over the past few years, The Voice Australia coach has been splitting her time between Australia and LA with hopes of boosting her music career in the US market.
However now it seems the 33-year-old Sydney-sider is ready to make the move back home after she was spotted house-hunting around the inner city suburb of Paddington.
According to Woman’s Day the decision to return home hasn’t been made lightly and is instead because of a rather ‘heartbreaking’ reason.
“Delta hasn’t been able to crack America like she dreamed of and is very low about it all,” a source said.
“She’s in a rut, and she’s decided that after giving it her best shot, it’s time to call it a day in LA and move back to Australia.”
It’s believed that family and friends have backed the decision after “urging her to focus on where she’s more popular and has a good fan base rather than facing the disappointment across the pond.”
Don’t worry Delta you’ll always be our Aussie sweetheart.
