The delivery concept restaurant called Ando will offer Momofuku-esk foods like chicken cheesesteaks, tofu bowls and a secret fried chicken bucket item that guests can unlock using the app which is currently in development.
Christina Tosi, who is Chang’s co-owner of the Milk Bars, is developing three new Milk Bar cookies especially for the Ando project.
It’s non-stop for the Momofuku group, who only just opened a high-end Asian-Italian experiment called restaurant called Nishi in New York in January.
They also plan to open a larger version of Fuku, Chang’s casual fried-chicken-sandwich mecca, that will serve more vegetarian and fish options.
With all the hustle and bustle happening in the Momofuku world, Aussies should keep their fingers crossed and hope Chang sprinkles some more Milk Bar dust out way.
