For the curious, we have a couple of old photos of the Daft Punk boys -- Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo -- minus their trademark helmets.EXHIBIT A

Winners of the 56th Annual Grammy Awards

Granted, they're not recent photos (the champagne pong one we believe is from mid 2013, and the other is from, well, a long time ago) but that hopefully answers your burning question.

For the record, the pair don't want to be part of the 'star system,' henceforth they keep their faces hidden (as told to canoe.ca by Bangalter in an interview from 2004).

"We don’t believe in the star system. We want the focus to be on the music. If we have to create an image, it must be an artificial image. That combination hides our physicality and also shows our view of the star system. It is not a compromise."
