Courtney Love warned about Harvey Weinstein years ago
Since the sexual assault allegations against Harvey Weinstein emerged over a week ago in the New York Times many Hollywood actresses have come forward with their own accounts.
But in a resurfaced video it seems Courtney Love made a warning to actresses about Weinstein 12 years ago while being interviewed at a Comedy Central red carpet event.
She was asked if she had any advice for “young girls” wanting make it in tinsel town.
“Umm. I’ll get libelled if I say it," the actress responds at first, before finally answering the question.
She then proceeds to call out Weinstein warning young actresses to steer clear of the producer.
“If Harvey Weinstein invites you to a private party in the four seasons. Don’t go,” the now 53-year-old said.
Gwyneth Paltrow, Angelina Jolie, Heather Graham and Kate Beckinsale are just some of the A-list women who have come forward claiming Weinstein exerted unwanted sexual advances towards them.
Meanwhile, the 65-year-old is reportedly taking some “time out” in a luxury resort in Arizona before he enters rehab.
