We love Costco's many different breakfast options, especially since we can buy them in bulk and without breaking the bank. Whether you’re craving something savory or sweet, Costco will surely have something that suits every eater, like these Starbucks Egg Bites that one of our editors swears by or these Cinnamon Sugared Orange Rolls that can level up your next breakfast sandwich.

If you’re the kind of person who reaches for something sweet and healthy as your first meal of the day, then you’re in luck because Costco shoppers recently spotted two new bakery items that should be on your weekly breakfast rotation.

Costco’s Triple Chocolate Muffins and Blueberries and Cream Muffins

According to a recent Reddit thread, Costco introduced two new muffin varieties in its bakery section. One Costco shopper posted a photo of the new Costco find, which comes in Triple Chocolate and Blueberries and Cream. Both are priced at $6.99 for a pack of eight.

Both items contain butter as the main ingredient, which one commenter theorized makes them “likely to be a winner.” The Blueberries and Cream version is made with blueberries and rich sour cream, while the Triple Chocolate muffins are made with chocolate chunks and chocolate chips for extra chocolatey goodness.

According to one shopper, these muffins appear smaller than others we've seen from Costco. They noted, “These are literally half the size of the old ones.” However, that didn’t stop someone else from saying there are “too many you have to buy.”

The original photo posted on Reddit was taken from a store in Austin, Texas. Many shoppers expressed enthusiasm for the muffins, though some mentioned they hadn’t yet spotted them at their local stores. If you’re eager to try out these new flavors, keep your eyes peeled the next time you’re at Costco.
