Yahoo Lifestyle College football fans naturally turned the Florida State dog poop bet into a hilarious meme
It doesn't matter how confident you are in your college team: Never, ever wager on their success if the bet includes dog poop.
Certainly, don't make that bet unprompted. And for the love of all that is holy and right in this world, do not post about your dog poop bet on social media — especially unsolicited.
Unfortunately, one Florida State fan learned this the hard way after Boston College roughed up FSU in Tallahassee, 28-13, on Monday night.
Well before the Eagles had Florida State fans leaving the stadium Doak Campbell Stadium in the third quarter, X/Twitter user @321nole promised his followers "If Florida State loses to BC this weekend, I will eat dog [expletive] out of a red solo cup with a spoon and post a video of me doing it. Book it!"
As of Tuesday morning, there is thankfully no video. However he has deleted all of his accounts (and likely his faith in Mike Norvell). In the meantime, the internet refuses to forget his wager. And it is going to meme him into college football lore until further notice.
