Christina Ricci Will Release a Tarot Deck – and We've Got a Sneak Peek! (Exclusive)

The 'Wednesday' and 'Yellowjackets' actress worked on the deck with husband Mark Hampton and a tarot expert

Christina Ricci's newest project has an element of the interactive, and it's hitting shelves just in time for spooky season.

With the Cat Full of Spiders Tarot Deck and Guidebook, out this fall from Insight Editions, comes a surrealist dive into the cinematic subconscious of the Wednesday star. Featuring a foreword by Ricci and custom artwork, tarot lovers can experience actress' personal and professional story through a wholly unique lens.

"This tarot deck is a passion project for me. It is filled with references to moments in my life and touches on the moments that come our way as we journey through the world," says Ricci, in a statement shared exclusively with PEOPLE. "I hope that it introduces people to the wonder of tarot, or for those that are already ingratiated, provides an expanded connection to it."

Featuring both major and minor arcana, the set comes with a guidebook that explains each card’s meaning for beginners and those who like a little extra insight, along the way. The deck has 78 cards and a 128-page booklet with instructions and additional guidance.

Ricci, who most recently starred in Wednesday and Yellowjackets, worked on the deck with her husband, Mark Hampton, and a team of creatives and tarot experts to bring the craft to life in a visually engaging way.

"It's been so great to work with my husband, Mark Hampton, on the creative direction; Felipe Flores, who helped bring this idea to life visually; tarot expert, Minerva Siegel, who helped put words to paper; and the team at Insight Editions on this deck," she says, of the project. Cat Full of Spiders Tarot Deck and Guidebook comes out Sept. 24 from Insight Editions and is available for preorder now, wherever books are sold.
